  • Entrants must be 18 years or older and reside in the United States.
  • The competition runs from May 14th to May 31st 2024. 
  • The winner will be selected randomly and notified via email by Monday 3rd June. 
  • Travel must be booked within 6 months from the date of winning.
  • Employees of Silk Laundry and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
  • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media used throughout the contest.

Silk Laundry LA Giveaway

  1. Introduction:
  • Instructions on how to enter and prize information form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  1. Promoter:
  • The promoter is Silk Laundry Pty Ltd, 8412 Melrose Avenue, West Hollywood, CA 90069
  1. Competition Period:
  • Competition starts at 12:00 AM PST on May 14th, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on May 31st, 2024.
  • The winner will be selected at random and contacted by email no later than 3rd June.
  1. Eligibility:
  • Entry is open to residents of the United States aged 18 years or older only.
  • Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies, and agencies are ineligible to enter.
  • Persons under the age of 18 years are not considered adults and therefore are not able to enter. If a winner is discovered to be under 18, they will automatically be disqualified.
  1. How to Enter:
  • Entrants must submit their name and email into the lead generation form hosted on the competition landing page during the competition period.
  • Entrants must also give consent to marketing from Silk Laundry and all associated brands involved in the giveaway.
  • Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified.
  1. Prize Details:
  • One winner will receive a weekend getaway including:
    1. Two nights' accommodation at The Proper Hotel in Downtown LA.
    2. A VIP shopping experience at Silk Laundry Los Angeles.
    3. A $1,000 USD Silk Laundry Gift Card.
    4. An invitation to attend the Silk Laundry Los Angeles VIP Store Opening on June 6th, 2024.
  1. Prize Terms:
  • The total prize value exceeds $2,000 USD.
  • Arrangements for the delivery of the prize will be made after the winner's validation.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  • The promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.
  • Redemption of the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, including those specified on the gift card.
  1. Winner Selection and Notification:
  • The winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received.
  • The winner will be notified by email on Monday 3rd June 2024, and must respond within 24 hours, or the prize may be re-allocated to another entrant.
  1. General Rules:
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify any entry or entrant and disqualify any entrant who has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  1. Publicity:
  • By entering the competition, participants agree to have their names and photographs used for promotional purposes by Silk Laundry.
  1. Data Privacy:
  • All entries in the competition become the property of the Promoter.
  • The Promoter may use the entrants' names and addresses for future promotional, marketing, and publicity in various forms, and the entrant consents to such use.
  • Silk Laundry reserves the right to obtain entry data and share it with associated giveaway brands.
  1. Limitation of Liability:
  • The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity), damage (including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential loss), or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.
  1. Updates to Terms & Conditions:
  • These Terms & Conditions will bind this and any future entry by you into a competition on this site and may be updated from time to time.
