Silk Laundry Giveaway Terms and Conditions

July Luggage x Silk Laundry

  1. Overview
    By participating in this Silk Laundry Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. This Giveaway is organised by Silk Laundry (“we,” “us,” “our”), and no purchase is necessary to enter or win.

  2. Eligibility
    The Giveaway is global and open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members of Silk Laundry are not eligible to participate.

  3. How to Enter
    To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete and submit their details via the Silk Laundry landing page, paid advertising, or our social media channels. Each participant is limited to one entry.

  4. Prize
    One (1) winner will receive:

  • A July Luggage set valued at $1,125.

  • A Silk Laundry outfit of the winner’s choice, which may consist of one (1) dress or one (1) bottom and one (1) top.

  1. Giveaway Period
    The Giveaway will open on 19 August 2024 and will close on 1 September 2024. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

  2. Winner Selection and Notification
    The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within seven (7) days of the Giveaway closing date. The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, Silk Laundry reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  3. Prize Conditions
    The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items. Silk Laundry reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable.

  4. Use of Data
    By entering the Giveaway, you agree to receive marketing communications from Silk Laundry. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  5. General Conditions
    Silk Laundry reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time without notice if circumstances arise outside of our control. We are not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, failures of any telephone network, computer online systems, servers, or providers, or any combination thereof.

  6. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
